Naturally the Prius V’s 1.8-liter gas engine paired with an electric hybrid system gives you especially good mpg around town (44 mpg), and the combined output of 134 hp is sufficient to keep this 3274-lb package motivated on the street. Yet it’s important to note that the cabin of the 2013 Toyota Prius V always feels oppressively utilitarian, as if you had wandered into the generics aisle at the supermarket.
