2011 Toyota Land Cruiser SUV

2011 Toyota Land Cruiser Review

(4 Stars)  Rugged off-road luxury

Reviewed by Automobile Magazine on

Overview
The Toyota Land Curser is one of the oldest models that Toyota still manufacturers. The earliest model of Land Cruiser was made originally in 1958 and was introduced as a tough and rugged truck. The Land Cruiser still offers a very rugged package in its new SUV body style. The Land Cruiser is not an entry level sports utility vehicle and the price starting at almost $70,000 makes this apparent. The Land Cruiser offers a huge amount of interior necessities and brings the best of the best to this Toyota 4 door SUV.

The Land Cruiser takes full advantage of technology to make it one of the best performing off road vehicles on the market today. The Land Cruiser offers Crawl Control, a kinetic suspension system and a powerful 381 horsepower engine to make it a very formidable opponent on any off road terrain. This high end 4WD vehicle is meant to be driven hard off road, but also offers a very refined driving experience on the road. There are limited upgrades and trim levels on the Land Cruiser because almost all of the high end features come on board in the base model.
