2010 Volkswagen Eos

2010 Volkswagen Eos Review

(2 Stars)  Your daughter will love it

Reviewed by Automobile Magazine on

The EOS was introduced in 2006 and this new car comes in a 2 door coupe or in a four door. All models are convertibles and offer a new version of the old Cabriolet from VW. The EOS is a midsized sedan that is about the same size as the late model Passat. This model only offers the Inline 5 cylinder 2.0 liter turbocharged engine, in the past there was an optional 6 cylinder motor, but this is no longer being offered. The convertible top will automatically retract in about 30 seconds and offers a sunroof when it is in the closed position.

Starting just over $30,000 this model offers a very cool convertible for a fairly low price. The EOS offers four seats, but much like many other compact convertibles it does not offer much usable space in the back seats. The interior of the EOS is covered in leather, everything from the seats to the parking brake handle. The higher trim level brings some cool accommodations like dual climate zones, heated seats and of course some navigation options to this sweet convertible from VW.
