The Infinity EX crossover is very small, it is about the same size as a car. This hybrid is very reasonably prices and is one of the most affordably priced sports utility vehicles from Infinity. This crossover is intended to look pretty, but is not really equipped for rugged off road action. With a 297 HP engine it does have some reasonable power for its size, but is not built with a strong frame or enough ground clearance for those interested in serious off road use.
The EX offers a very sporty look and is has enough power to make it a great daily driver. Offering 0 – 60 dashes in only 6.5 seconds this sports utility does have a peppy engine and is a very good buy for those looking to get into an entry level crossover. The EX makes for a great family vehicle for those with children. There are plenty of seats and with 29 cubic feet of cargo room in the back you will be able to bring along all the sports equipment with no problems.

The EX enters the 2010 model year with minimal changes. Revisions include heated outside mirrors on EX35, heated front seats on EX35 AWD, Bluetooth on EX Journey, navigation as a standalone option, and standard auto on/off headlamps and a USB connection port for all models. Bluetooth streaming audio, XM NavWeather, and Zagat restaurant guide are now included in the hard-drive navigation system.
The EX35 features a coupe-like roofline and aggressive proportions highlighted by a long hood, short overhangs, and rearward cabin. Measuring 182.3-inches long and only 61.9-inches tall, the EX is a ringer for a G35 hatchback.
Infiniti's compact crossover boasts standard leather, black lacquer and aluminum trim, satellite radio, and iPod connectivity. Available options include maple wood trim, navigation, and Around View Monitor, which displays a 360-degree view around the vehicle.
Performance & Handling
A 3.5-liter 297-horsepower 253-pound-foot V-6 motivates the EX, and is paired to a five-speed automatic. Power is routed to the rear wheels or, if fitted with the optional ATTESA E-TS all-wheel-drive system, all four. The EX uses a front control-arm suspension and a rear multilink setup, providing excellent ride composure and body control, whether rolling on the standard 17-inch wheels or optional 18s.
Passive safety technology includes driver and passenger front airbags as well as front side and side curtain airbags. To avoid an airbag deploying, the EX features stability and traction control and anti-lock brakes with brake assist.
